Alright my friends here's a pic of Penelope the Pirate Diver Hedgehog so you see in the title that I put Penelope's Lastname this time into the title!

Okay so you see here that I made three changes to Penlope's outfit when she does not have her Pirate Hat or Pirate coat on as I did her hair into twin braids with two Pearl Hair Clips and I add a small bag on the side of her belt like I did when I draw Penelope in Diving Mode and I have chaneg her Seashell Pearl bandanna as well and I think this pic of Penelope looks much better then my old one!
